Reservations & Experiences

• Reservations are required for wine tasting experiences.

• Guests must arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the session.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive individuals.

Age Restrictions

We do not serve alcohol to individuals under 20 years old. Identification may be requested.

Payments

Payments for experiences or online orders are processed securely via Square or our online booking system.

Prohibited Activities

Customers may not:

• Resell products without permission

• Record or photograph staff or guests without consent

• Cause disturbance within the premises

Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss or damage of personal belongings

• Allergic reactions (please inform us of dietary restrictions)

• Delays caused by transportation or weather

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

予約および体験サービス

・ワインテイスティング体験は事前予約制です。

・開始時間に遅れた場合、体験時間が短縮される場合があります。

・泥酔状態または他のお客様に迷惑をかける行為がある場合、サービス提供をお断りすることがあります。

年齢制限

20歳未満のお客様への酒類の提供はいたしません。年齢確認をお願いする場合があります。

支払い

体験料およびオンライン注文の決済は、Squareまたは予約システムを通じて安全に処理されます。

禁止事項

以下の行為は禁止します：

・無断で商品を転売すること

・許可なくスタッフ・他のお客様を撮影すること

・店内での迷惑行為

免責事項

当社は以下について責任を負いません：

・個人所有物の紛失・破損

・食材によるアレルギー反応（事前にお知らせください）

・交通事情や天候に起因する遅延
